Wechsel im Kuratorium der Stiftung Die Gute Hand
Beim Neujahrsempfang der Stiftung Die Gute Hand wurde Reinhard Elzer feierlich verabschiedet und die neuen Kuratoriumsmitglieder offiziell willkommen geheißen. Dr. Theodor-Michael Lucas gehört dem Kuratorium seit mehr als fünf Jahren an und ist daher mit der Arbeit in den Einrichtungen und Diensten der Stiftung Die Gute Hand umfassend vertraut. In seiner Rede hat er die Verdienste und den Leitungsstil seines Vorgängers ausdrücklich gelobt: "Sie haben immer mit Umsicht- und Weitsicht geführt. Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar."
Reinhard Elzer hat als Jugenddezernent des Landschaftsverbands Rheinland unter anderem das Landesjugendamt geleitet und er bringt sich an verschiedenen Stellen ehrenamtlich ein. "Überall werden Sie als ein Mensch beschrieben, dem man zu großer Dankbarkeit verpflichtet ist, der seine Ämter immer mit Elan und großer Gewissenhaftigkeit ausgeübt hat; der sie aber auch mit rheinischer Lebensfreude und Humor bereichert hat", erklärte Dr. Lucas weiter.
Gleichzeitig verabschiedete das Kuratorium zum Jahreswechsel ein weiteres langjähriges Mitglied: Rainer Deppe verließ nach 15-jähriger ehrenamtlicher Tätigkeit aus persönlichen Gründen das Kuratorium. Seinen Platz im Kuratorium übernimmt Bundestagsabgeordneter Dr. Hermann-Josef Tebroke. Dieser freut sich auf die neue Tätigkeit, da sie ihn als Politiker näher mit den Menschen zusammenbringe. Zudem wurde Martin Kramm als neues Mitglied im Kuratorium begrüßt. Er war bis 2004 insgesamt 23 Jahre im Heilpädagogischen Kinderdorf Biesfeld tätig. Hier wirkte er unter anderem als Familienberater und pädagogische Leitung.
